PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Roslyn Estates on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, remotely, via videoconference only, with no ìin personî location, as authorized pursuant to New York State legislation extending virtual access to public meetings under New York State’s Open Meetings Law, which allows New Yorkers to virtually participate in local government meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic.† This hearing continues the public hearing initially opened remotely on January 19, 2022, to hear: Case #626, the Application of Aaron and Stephanie Meyer, owners of premises at 52 The Serpentine, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, in R-21 zoning district, also known as Section 7, Block 19-1, Lot 208, on Nassau County Land and Tax Map, for variance from Village Code Section 200-14(E.), to permit expansion of existing driveway that would result in driveway width of 17í, where the maximum allowed driveway width is 12%. Individuals wishing to review file may do so during Village business hours. ††All interested parties may attend remotely, via Zoom videoconference on February 16, 2022, at 7:30 PM.
