BID FOR FOOD
SERVICE EQUIPMENT
Notice is hereby given that a BID FOR FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT will be received and publicly read by the Board of Education, Manhasset Union Free School District, Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County, New York at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2017 in Central Office (Room # 300) of the Manhasset High​/​Middle School.
Detailed specifications can be obtained by calling Peter Morley, Assistant Purchasing Agent for the Manhasset Union Free School District, at 516-267-7702.
All prospective bidders are required to visit the site prior to submitting their bid. Inspection of the facility is scheduled for Tuesday March 21, 2017 at 2:15 p.m. with Peter Hill.
Sealed bids are to be addressed to the attention of Mr. Peter Morley, Purchasing Agent, Manhasset Union Free School District, Central Office, 200 Memorial Place, Manhasset, New York 11030.
All bids must be submitted on or before the date of the opening, in sealed envelopes, bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and the title of the bid in the lower left hand corner.
The Board of Education, Manhasset Union Free School District, reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all bids, or to award contracts which, in its judgment, are in the best interests of the school district.
