Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on October 2, 2017 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 270 Revere Road (Revere Builders LLC, Section 7 Block 140 Lot 133), 45 Fern Drive (Knoll Contracting LLC, Section 7 Block 288 Lot 7), 73 Holly Lane (Lisa Rabinovich, Section 7 Block 135 Lot 19), 33 Canterbury Lane (David and Janeen Zeitlin, Section 7 Block 119 Lot 11), 26 Eagle Lane (Janet Horowitz, Section 19 Block 28 Lot 16), 90 Redwood Drive (Andrew Weisbach, Section 7 Block 296 Lot 12), 79 Westwood Circle (Ahmad Rateb, Section 7 Block 205 Lots 1 A&B), 250 Elm Drive (Robert Beer, Section 7 Block 276 Lot 17), 25 Chestnut Drive (Robert Beer, Section 7 Block 195 Lot 15), 374 Roslyn Road (Holiday Farms, Section 7 Block P Lot 34), 147 Woodbine Road (Marina Yu, Section 7 Block 109 Lot 19) as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
