Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on February 6, 2017 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 5 Westwood Circle (Farah Shams, Section 7 Block 215 Lot 23), 17 Estates Drive (Jennifer Cash, Section 19 Block 50 Lot 1), 25 Spruce Drive (Bruce Guthart, Section 7 Block 261 Lot 1), 125 Tara Drive (Athena Foukalas, Section 19 Block 47 Lot1 ), 60 Heather Drive (Steven and Debi Yadegari, Section 7 Block 285 Lot 26), 38 Pinewood Road (Yankit Yuen, Section 7 Block 249 Lot 28), 71 Round Hill Road (Susanne Liswood, Section 7 Block 108 Lot 25) as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
