Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on December 4, 2017 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 168 Woodbine Road (Auri and Shari Weitz, Section 7 Block 109 Lot 6A&B, 32A&B), 14 Eagle Lane (Danielle and Robert Massari, Section 19 Block 28 Lot 19), 155 Chestnut Drive (155 Chestnut LLC, Section 7 Block 275 Lot 12), 35 Thornwood Lane (David and Risa Kessler, Section 7 Block 107 Lot 48), and 43 Pinewood Road (Jarvis Fernandez, Section 7 Block 252 Lot 12), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
