NOTICE OF BOARD OF TRUSTEE MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Russell Gardens will hold its regular meeting and public hearing virtually on the 2nd day of December 2021 at 8:00 P.M. in the evening on the proposed adoption of Bill No. 4 of 2021, A local law pursuant to Cannabis Law Section 131 which authorizes the Inc. Village of Russell Gardens to opt out of hosting cannabis retail dispensaries and on-site cannabis consumption establishments within its boundaries. In accordance with Governor Hochulís legislation (S.50001/A.40001) extending virtual access to public meetings under NYS Open Meetings Law, the December 2, 2021, Public Meeting and Hearing will be held via Zoom. A transcript will be provided later. The public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live via the Zoom App. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the public can watch the meeting through the Zoom App. †If any interested member of the public would like to provide comments, they can be emailed before the meeting to Danielle Pennise, Village Clerk Treasurer at dpennise@russellgardens.com. Comments submitted will be addressed at the meeting. There will be no public comment period during the meeting. Please check the Village website for updates.
