Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on June 5, 2017 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 73 Starling Court (Blake and Brett Kogel, Section 19 Block 41 Lot 30), 66 Midwood Cross,(Barbara Gleicher Section 7 Block 249 Lot 27), 29 Crescent Lane (Sherrie Levine, Section 7 Block 133 Lot 19), 56 Magnolia Lane (George Shabbab, Section 7 Block 129 Lot 24), 175 Revere Road (Alan and Robin Bochner, Section 7 Block 139 Lot 4), 30 Town Path (Chana Josovitch, Section 7 Block 231 Lot 31), 25 Spruce Drive (Bruce Guthart, Section 7 Block 261 Lot 1), 115 Sycamore Drive (JRJM Development, LLC, Section Block Lot), 46 Wren Drive (Seth and Farrah Forrest, Section 19 Block 44 Lot 18), and 149 Wagon Road (Ethan and Melissa Feinberg, Section 7 Block 136 Lot 12), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
