Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on August 6, 2018 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 40 Ash Drive (Danielle Pradas, Section 7 Block 286 Lot 20), 87 Willow Gate (Candace Richards, Section 7 Block 183 Lot 19), 271 Locust Lane (Bei Guo, Section 7 Block 142 Lot 246), 85 Fern Drive (Gary Falkowitz, Section 7 Block 288 Lot 11), 9 Flamingo Road (Tracy Zimmerman, Section 19 Block 35 Lot 20), 10 Lakeville Drive (Jeffrey and Xandra Chan, Section 19 Block 33 Lot 2), 230 Revere Road (Rank Development, Section 7 Block 140 Lot 129), 165 Poplar Drive (Steven Mashaal, Section 7 Block 299 Lot 11), 49 Tara Drive (Angelo Rizzo, Section 19 Block 37 Lot 7), 31 Pinewood Road (Mr. and Mrs. Mohabir, Section 7 Block 252 Lot 9), and 27 Midwood Cross (Jeremy Geller, Section 7 Block 250 Lot 21), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
