Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on December 2, 2019 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 70 Andover Road (Fred Ostad, Section 7 Block 217 Lot 7), 48 Flamingo Road North (Anuj Sharma, Section 19 Block 40 Lot 34), 10 Peach Drive (Brian Ritchie, Section 7 Block 287 Lot 4), 345 Chestnut Drive (Hudson Olivia Developers LLC, Section 7 Block 283 Lot 9), 85 Fern Drive (Eric and Jamie Horowitz, Section 7 Block 288 Lot 11), 155 Chestnut Drive (Jared Kanover, Section 7 Block 275 Lot 12), 34 Cardinal Drive (Steven Rabei, Section 19 Block 44 Lot 12), 30 Appletree Lane (Frank Camisi, Section 7 Block 302 Lot 15), 69 Andover Road (Section 7 Block 142 Lot 23), 200 Mimosa Drive (Steven Monas, Section 7 Block 299 Lot 83), 40 Spruce Drive (Nader Navi, Section 7 Block 260 Lot 11), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
