NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BELLEROSE TERRACE FIRE DISTRICT ANNUAL BUDGET FOR 2022 WHEREAS, on the 7th day of September, 2021, pursuant to Section 105 of the Town Law and Section 181 of the Town Law, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Bellerose Terrace Fire District confirmed that the Annual Fire District Budget Hearing will be conducted with reference to the Annual Fire District Budget for fiscal year 2022 on Thursday, October 21, 2021 commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the Fire Headquarters Building located at Cross Island Parkway and 243rd Street, Bellerose Terrace, New York, and ††WHEREAS, the Board of Fire Commissioners is required to adopt a proposed budget at least 21 days before October 21, 2021 so that it is available for public inspection prior to the budget hearing.††NOW, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Bellerose Terrace Fire District has adopted a proposed Annual Fire District Budget for 2022 as of this date for purposes of discussion and review at the Budget Hearing to be held on October 21, 2021 and a copy of the proposed budget is available at the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Hempstead and at the office of the Bellerose Terrace Fire District Secretary at Cross Island Parkway and 243rd Street, Bellerose Terrace, New York† where it may be inspected by any interested person during office hours. In addition, copies of the proposed budget will be available on the night of the said hearing.††NOW, therefore, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Bellerose Terrace Fire District will hold the Annual Fire District Budget Hearing to be conducted with reference to the Annual Fire District Budget for fiscal year 2022 on Thursday, October 21, 2021 commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the Fire Headquarters Building located at Cross Island Parkway and 243rd Street, Bellerose Terrace, New York. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the aforesaid budget will be presented to the residents and taxpayers of the Bellerose Terrace Fire District and to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Bellerose Terrace Fire District, for their respective consideration at this public hearing and for the purpose of considering the said budget and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning same on Thursday, October 21, 2021 commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the Fire Headquarters Building located at Cross Island Parkway and 243rd Street, Bellerose Terrace, New York.†.
