NOTICE OF PUBLIC
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.

APPEAL #20810—Amir Nikoufker, variances 70-37.1(B), 70-40(A) and 70-101(B) to subdivide a property into 2 lots of insufficient width, and maintain a porch and additions within a required front yard setback; S/side 88 Netz Pl., 654.58’ W/of Oak Ridge Ln., Albertson, Sec. 7, Blk. 197, Lot 55, R-B District.
