Town of North Hempstead​—​Board of Zoning Appeals

Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, October 2, 2019, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.

The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.

APPEAL #20772​—​Masada, LLC, variances 70-212.B and an appeal for determination or a variance 70-186 in the alternative to maintain an outdoor storage area and storage container having insufficient setbacks from the front property line and exceeding the permitted area of the lot and to maintain the creation of a mixed use property; N/side #29 Beechwood Ave., 146.30’ E/of Bayles St., Port Washington, Sec. 5, Blk. 94, Lot 581, I-B District.
