Town of North Hempstead​—​Board of Zoning Appeals

Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.

The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.

APPEAL #20882​—​Estate of Grazia Emilia Cuda, variances 70-50.B, 70-100.1.B, and 70-100.1.D to legalize a garage that is too close to the neighbor’s property and too close to the front and rear lot lines; N/W​/​cor. 66 Cherry Ln. and Broadway, Carle Place, Sec. 10, Blk. 19, Lot 70, R-C District.

APPEAL #20883 ​​ Derek Skuzenski, variances 70-100.2.(L)(3) and 70-101(B) to legalize a light pier that is taller than allowed and to legalize a raised terrace that is too close to the front property line; West side #30 Oakridge Lane, 194.17 ‘ north of Woodhollow Road, Albertson, Sec.7, Blk. 197, Lot 36, R-C District.

APPEAL #20863​—​John Ligue, variances 70-39.B and 70-41.A to construct additions exceeding the permitted floor area within a required side yard setback and with insufficient aggregate side yard dimensions; W/side 42 Peachtree Ln., 134.69’ S/of 8th St., Carle Place, Sec. 10, Blk. 280, Lot 4, R-B District.
