Town of North Hempstead​—​Board of Zoning Appeals

Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.

The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.

APPEAL #20690​—​Bahman Daee, variance 70-52 to maintain a deck in a required rear yard setback; W/side 77 Burnham Ave., 50’ S/of Elm St., Roslyn Heights, Sec. 7, Blk. E, Lot 949, R-C District.

APPEAL #20691​—​Kamran Pourgol, appeal for determination, or in the alternative, variance 70-37.1.B, & variance 70-100.2.L(3) to construct a two-story single-family dwelling with detached garage on a lot of insufficient width and light piers exceeding permitted horizontal dimension and height; N/side #155 Elm St., 175’ E/of Madison Ave., Roslyn Heights, Sec. 7, Blk. 29, Lots 32-34, R-B & Roslyn Heights Historic District.
