Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly dated April 03, 2018 I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Calendar Control Part (CCP) Courtroom of the Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, NY 11501, on September 17, 2019 at 11:30AM, premises known as 47 HILTON AVENUE, GARDEN CITY PARK, NY 11040. All that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New York, SECTION 33, BLOCK 139, LOT 568-569. Approximate amount of judgment $278,781.59 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment for Index# 203-15.
