PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Great Neck shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, APRIL 12, 2018 at 7:30PM, at Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, NY 11023, to hear the application of David and Marcy Albert, owners of the premises at 76 OLD POND ROAD in Great Neck seeking the following variance from the Village Zoning Code in connection with the application for a first-floor addition onto their existing single-family residence:
•§575-43(A): To permit an aggregate side yard setback of 24.25 feet, whereas 34.32 feet is required, resulting in the need for an aggregate side yard setback variance of 10.07 feet.
The premises are also known as Section 1, Block 203, Lot 53 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, and are located in the Residence A1 Zoning District. A copy of the application materials is available for review in the Village of Great Neck Building Department, Village Hall, during regular business hours.
If anyone needs special accommodations for a disability, such person should contact the Village Clerk at least 5 days before the hearing. At said hearing, all parties and interests will be given an opportunity to be heard.
