NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20422—Tobiko Buffet Incorporated, conditional use 70-126.A, and variances 70-103.A, 70-103.O, 70-125, and 70-134 to maintain additions and alterations of a food use and construct additions with insufficient off-street parking and parking lot alterations with insufficient stall sizes, and the maintenance of metal storage sheds (a non-permitted use) within a required rear yard setback; E/side 324 Great Neck Rd., 324.73’ S/of Great Neck Rd., Great Neck, Sec. 2, Blk. 43, Lot 19, B-A District.
APPEAL #20424- Adam Wolf variances 70-133, 70-196.K(4) and 70-197.M to maintain a trash dumpster within a required side yard setback, signage exceeding the permitted area and signage on a canopy; S/E/cor. 220 Northern Blvd., and Iris Ln., Great Neck, Sec. 2, Blk. 73, Lots 1-11, B-A District.
