NOTICE OF PUBLIC
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.

APPEAL #20441 Weightlifting Development, LLC, appeal for determination, or in the alternative, variance 70-103(A)(1), and variances 70-103(F)(1), 70-103(M), & 70-103(O) to construct interior alterations to convert a building into a gym having insufficient off-street parking, insufficient loading spaces, parking in a front yard setback, and insufficient parking aisle width; E/side #53 Albertson Ave., 570.28’ S/of Westbury Rd., Albertson, Sec. 9, Blk. 104, Lot 17, I-B District.
