Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, duly entered in the Nassau County Clerk’s Office on 8/2/2017, I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction in the Calendar Control Part (CCP) Courtroom of the Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Dr., Mineola, NY 11501 on 11/28/2017 at 11:30 am, premises known as 507 Premier Blvd, New Hyde Park, NY 11040, and described as follows:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of New Hyde Park in the Town of Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New York, and designated on the tax maps of the Nassau County Treasurer as Section 32 Block 096 Lot 36
The approximate amount of the current Judgment lien is $558,183.57 plus interest and costs. The premises will be sold subject to provisions of the aforesaid Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale; Index # 95/2014.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
