All that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements erected, situate, lying and being at Herricks, Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New York, SECTION 9, BLOCK 513, LOT 9. Approximate amount of judgment $158,348.30 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment for Index #16-003499.
