Said property being at Herrick Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New York, known and designated by Lot No. 9 in Block No. 279 on a certain map entitled, ‘Map of Westwood Knolls, Section 3, situated at Herricks, Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County, New York, prepared by Charles E. Ward, P.E. & L.S., No. 13551, Great Neck, New York, June 1960’ and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Nassau on March 17, 1961 as Map No. 7426.
