Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on February 3, 2020 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 48 Flamingo Road North (Anuj Sharma, Section 19 Block 40 Lot 34), 46 Midwood Cross (Marni Adler, Section 7 Block 249 Lot 22), 4 Chestnut Drive (Meirav Sapir, Section 7 Block 272 Lot 12), 54 Woods Drive (Marc and Carrie Steir, Section 19 Block 40 Lot 59), 29 Flamingo Road North (Jaclyn Tiffen, Section 19 Block 48 Lot 1), and 27 Magnolia Lane (Magnolia Realty Group, LLC, Section 7 Block 128 Lot 3) as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
