Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on October 7, 2019 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 33 Cardinal Drive (Tomasz Dziedziach, Section 19 Block 24 Lot 41), 144 Revere Road Lot 12 (Arline Kramer, Section 7 Block Lot 12), 144 Revere Road Lot 13 (Arline Kramer, Section 7 Block Lot 13), 52 Wildwood Road (Eugene Lee, Section 7 Block 136 Lot 2), 25 Holly Lane (Gaetano Sabatino, Section 7 Block 135 Lot 4), 58 Midwood Cross (Abby Krantz, Section 7 Block 249 Lot 25), 83 Fairfield Lane (Sonia Anand, Section 7 Block 181 Lot 3), and 70 Overlook Terrace (CM 70 Corp, Section 7 Block 179 Lot 80), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
