Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on September 9, 2019 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 63 Wildwood Lane (Lauren Freundlich, Section 7 Block 137 Lot 16), 70 Overlook Terrace (CM 70 Corp, Section 7 Block 179 Lot 80), 4 Westwood Circle (Steve Wigginton, Section 7 Block 206 Lot 1), 18 Lawn Drive (JRJM Development II, Section 7 Block 273 Lot 33), Sonia Anand (83 Fairfield Lane, Section 7 Block 181 Lot 3), 22 Planting Field Road (Steven Blank, Section 7 Block 144 Lot 6), 55 Redwood Drive (Theo Gremminger, Section 7 Block 286 Lot 10), 277 Locust Lane (Maureen Benic, Section 7 Block 142 Lot 242), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
