NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PLANNING BOARD of the INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF EAST HILLS will conduct a public hearing in accordance with the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) to consider the application and Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed four lot residential subdivision application of Steven and Wendy Shenfeld for the property known as 2A Melby Lane, designated as Section 19 Block 27 Lot 17 in the R1 district of the Village. The meeting and public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 6:30 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, when verbal and written comments will be accepted. Written comments on the DEIS will be accepted at the Village Hall offices or via email (sent to NFuteran@villageofeasthills.org) until close of business Friday, October 4, 2019.
The DEIS is available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 A.M. thru 3:30 P.M or online at http://villageofeasthills.org/information/committee-actions-resolutions. A copy of the DEIS is also available for review at the Bryant Library, 2 Papermill Rd, Roslyn, NY 11576.
