VILLAGE OF KINGS POINT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Kings Point will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:00 p.m. on September 9, 2019, at the Kings Point Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024 with respect to the following application and such other matters as may come before the Board.
CASE NO. PRPB20180285- The application of 196 West Shore Road LLC and Panah International Inc., as owners of 196 West Shore Road and 27 Martin Court, respectively, for preliminary and final approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel of land known as 196 West Shore Road, comprising approximately 44,016 gross and net square feet, to cede approximately 3,208 gross square feet to the adjoining property known as 27 Martin Court, comprising approximately 40,355 gross square feet. The subject properties are shown on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 1, Block 151, Lots 7 and 18 (196 West Shore Road) and Lot 17 (27 Martin Court), and are located in a Residence A2 District of the Village of Kings Point.
The application and accompanying exhibits are on file and may be inspected during normal business hours.
At said hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard.
