PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Roslyn Estates on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. in the Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York 11576, to hear the following cases:
Public Hearing for Case #75, Application for Regrading Approval under Village Code ß80-3(A) by Eric and Sheryl Smallowitz, as owners of premises at 11 The Pines, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, also known as Section 7, Block 213, Lot 53, on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, located in R-12 zoning district, in connection with the proposed re-grading of the parcel within 20’ of a property line by more than 2”within 25’ of a property line by more than 6”and/or within 45’ of a property line, by more than 2’.
Public Hearing for Case #74, Application for Regrading Approval under Village Code ß80-3(A) by David and Jamie Garfinkel, as owners of premises at 96 The Intervale, Roslyn Estates, New York 11576, also known as Section 7, Block 43, Lot 287, on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, in an R-18 zoning district, in connection with the proposed re-grading of the parcel within 20’ of a property line by more than 2”within 25’ of a property line by more than 6”and/or within 45’ of a property line, by more than 2’.
At the public hearing, all persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Individuals wishing to review a file may do so during Village business hours. Those persons planning to attend the meeting and who require special accommodations because of a disability should notify the Village Clerk no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
