Public Notice is hereby given that separate sealed Proposals for the Universal Pre- Kindergarten Collaborator will be received until 11:00 am prevailing time on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at the Business Office of New Hyde Park- Garden City Park UFSD located at 1950 Hillside Ave New Hyde Park, NY 11040. These proposals will not be opened publicly.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and to waive any informality in any proposal and shall, further make awards in any way it deems advisable to the best interest of the school district. The successful proposer(s) shall execute a formal contract as prepared by the Attorney for the School District, and will be required to sign and return the contract along with the proposal.
Each proposer shall agree to hold their price for (60) days after the opening of the proposals.
