NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing and Vote on the Proposed Law, known as proposed Local Law 2-2018, will be held at the next regularly scheduled Meeting of the Board of Trustees on December 12, 2018. The proposal of a local law amending section 200-24(C) of the Village Code: “Prohibited Uses” in the business district of the Incorporated Village of Munsey Park will include: The fabricating, manufacturing, growing, cultivating, displaying for retailor wholesale, dispensing, or the selling of marijuana-related products, or any products containing cannabis (whether naturally occurring or manufactured) or containing tetrahydrocannabinol or derivatives thereof (whether naturally occurring or manufactured), whether for medical use or other use, and/or the paraphernalia that facilitates the use or consumption of marijuana and/or related products.
