SUBJECT: To consider an Application filed by Daniel and Nora Grady at the premises known as 127 Stratford Avenue, Williston Park, New York 11596, also known as section 9, Block 195, Lot 9,10 of the Municipal Tax Roll, for the following Variance request to the Municipal Zoning Code as follows:
Section 230-7H To permit for the construction of a Two (2) story side and rear extension, the proposed extension exceeding the maximum allowable Lot Coverage permitted at 25%.
All Interested parties may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and said application is available for review at the Village Hall.
