Date: August 16, 2021Time: 7:30 p.m.Place: Village Hall, 100 E. Shore Road, Great Neck, New York Subject: Application of 124 Middle Neck Realty, LLC, c/o Honig Capital Partners, 45 North Station Plaza, Suite 401, Great Neck, New York 11021, for an incentive zoning permit pursuant to Village of Thomaston Local Law 3-2021 to permit the use of premises 124 South Middle Neck Road, Thomaston, New York for a five story, 75 unit, apartment building, including 7 affordable workforce housing units, with underground parking. Premises are known as Section 2, Block 250, Lots 5 and 25, on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map. At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matters. This action has not yet been classified pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act, nor has a Lead Agency been determined. No determination of significance yet has been made. Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at or participation in the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
