PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a continuation of a public hearing at the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street in said Village on June 20, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. to hear the application of Anthony Smith, 418 Latham Lane, East Williston, New York to request variances from:

1. Article V Residence A District (RA) 160-14 Dimensional Regulations. (e) Minimum front yard depth: Average set back 34.7 feet. Requested 24.35 feet.

2. Article V Residence A District (RA) 160-14 Dimensional Regulations. (e) Minimum front yard depth: Portico encroachment allowed: 4’ x 7’. Requested 4’ x 8.2’.

Applicant seeks to construct additions and a front yard portico.
