PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a public hearing 18TH day of June, 2020 at 7:30 pm. This meeting will be held by video/teleconference pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.15.to hear the application of Kerri Mendez, 187 Bengeyfield Drive, East Williston, New York to request variances from:
Article IV Residence A District, Section 160-14.Dimensional regulations (C) Maximum Lot Coverage. (1) Building Area: 25% of the lot area.

Requested.

Applicant seeks to construct a rear deck and in-ground swimming pool.
