INC. VILLAGE OF EAST WILLISTON
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Zoning Appeals of
the Village of East Williston will hold a public hearing at the
Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street in said Village on May 20, 2021
at 7:30 p.m. to hear the application of Robert & Meghan
Madden, 138 East Williston Avenue, East Williston, New York
to request variances from:
Variance 1
Section 160-32. Placement of accessory uses and
buildings. (C) Öshall not be placed in a front yard
Variance 2
Section 160-32 (D) Driveways Maximum 18 feet
Requested 28 feet
Variance 3
Section 160-32 (E1) Driveways ìAccessory outdoor
off-street parking Ö shall not be less than 10 feet
from any lot lineî Minimum 10 feet. Requested
5.25 feet.
The applicant seeks to install front yard stanchions and
expand driveway.
The proceedings will be held both in person and remotely.
