PUBLIC HEARING
INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF LAKE SUCCESS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake Success Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on April 13, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., at the Village Hall, 318 Lakeville Road, Lake Success, New York, to consider the following amendments to the Lake Success Code
Authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law ß3-c
Adopting a new law ß69-24 entitled ‘Temporary open house signs’
Adopting a new definition of ‘public right of way’ in ß99-2 entitled ‘Definitions; word usage,’ subparagraph A; and
Adopting new regulations concerning the removal of trees within a public right of way and on private property in ß99-8, entitled ‘Required removal,’ subparagraphs A, B and C.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the proposed local laws are available for inspection and copying at Village Hall during regular business hours.
At the time and place aforesaid, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Those persons planning to attend any meeting of the Lake Success Board of Trustees and who require listening devices and/or a sign language translator are requested to notify the Village Administrator no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting
