NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake Success Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on September 13, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 318 Lakeville Road, Lake Success, to consider the following amendment Lake Success Code Chapter 105 entitled ìZoning.î Article XXIII entitled ìBoard of Appealsî — repeal and replace §215, entitled ìEstablishment; membership.î†Article IV entitled ìResidence A, B-1, B-2 and C Districts,î subsection 12.1. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the proposed local law is available for inspection and copying at Village Hall during regular business hours. At the time and place aforesaid, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
