PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of New Hyde Park will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 1420 Jericho Turnpike, New Hyde Park, New York 11040, or at some other location to be hereafter designated by the Board of Trustees, in order to receive public comment upon the following:

Section 195-7.B. Special Uses. A building may be erected, altered or used for any purpose set forth in this subsection only when authorized by the Board of Trustees as a special use after a public hearing: (5)Churches or other houses of worship, hotels, motels, banks, financial service centers, funeral parlors, theatres, public schools, private schools and libraries.
At the aforesaid time and place, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
