INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF NEW HYDE PARK

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees for the Incorporated Village of New Hyde Park will hold a Public Hearing on April 30, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 1420 Jericho Turnpike, New Hyde Park, New York 11040, or at some other location to be hereafter designated by the Mayor, in order to receive public comment upon:

APPLICATION OF 300 SOUTH 12th LLC FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 195 OF THE CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF NEW HYDE PARK ENTITLED ‘ZONING’, SECTION 195-3.2 (DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE BONUS LAW), FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 4 STORY MIXED USE BUILDING WITH 71 APARTMENTS UPON THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 300 SOUTH 12th STREET, NEW HYDE PARK, NEW YORK, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE NASSAU COUNTY LAND AND TAX MAP AS SECTION 33, BLOCK 184, LOTS 222-223, 227-228, 324 & 326.

The Village of New Hyde Park does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in administration or access to or employment in its projects and activities. Cathryn Hillmann has been directed to coordinate compliance with non-discrimination requirements of the Federal Revenue Sharing regulations.

At this scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees, reserved decisions from previous meetings, if any, may be acted upon by the Board of Trustees.

At the aforesaid time and place, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
