LEGAL NOTICE AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees (Board) of the Incorporated Village of East Williston (Village) will hold a public hearing on Monday April 5, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. to consider a Local Law amending the Village Code, Chapter 154 entitled ìWater Serviceî in conjunction with a water meter upgrade program and fees related to the same; and PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that this will be a combined ìin personî and virtual meeting. The ìin personî portion will be conducted at the Village Hall located at 2 Prospect Street, East Williston, NY 11596; and The number of people permitted to enter Village Hall and participate ìin personî shall be limited to that as set forth under the Executive Orders of the Governor of the State of New York; and All others may participate via Webex using the link as shall be made available on the Village website at www.Eastwilliston.org
