VILLAGE OF KINGS POINT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Kings Point will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:00 p.m. on February 25, 2019, at the Kings Point Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024 with respect to the following application and such other matters as may come before the Board.
CASE NO. PRPB20180438—The application of Ramin Rezai, on behalf of Ersel Sarraf and Keshvar Sarraf, as owners, for preliminary and final approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel of land known as 45 Potters Lane, comprising approximately 87,382 gross and net square feet, into two parcels, Lot 1 to comprise 45,389 gross and net square feet and Lot 2 to comprise 41,993 gross and net square feet. The subject property is shown on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 1, Block 201, Lot 143, and is located in a Residence A2 District of the Village of Kings Point.
The application and accompanying exhibits are on file and may be inspected during normal business hours.
At said hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard.
