NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Trustees, in its capacity as Planning Board of the Village of South Floral Park, will hold a Public Hearing on July 1, 2021 at 8:00 PM, at the Village Hall, 383 Roquette Avenue, South Floral Park, New York 11001 (provided, however, that the Board may determine, as needed to address logistics and public health concerns, to hold such hearing remotely, via videoconference only, with no “in person” location, as authorized pursuant to NYS Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1, to the extent such authority then remains in effect), to consider:
Application of Signature 1255 LLC, as owner of the premises at 11 Press Street, South Floral Park, New York, shown on Nassau County Land & Tax Map as Section 32, Block 347, Lots 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23, and as contract vendee of a portion of the paper street known as Makofske Avenue in the Village, abutting Lot 23 to the south, for a proposed lot line adjustment incorporating such paper street portion into 11 Press Street, and for the subdivision of the combined parcels into two proposed building lots, one of which (Lot 1), comprised of tax lots 19 and 20, would contain the existing 2 story, single family home at 11 Press Street, and the other (Lot 2), to be comprised of tax lots 21, 22 and 23, and the paper street portion, would be improved with a new 2 story, single family home.

The application and plans are on file in the Village Office, 383 Roquette Avenue, South Floral Park, NY, and may be examined during business hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM.
If the hearing is held remotely, it will be recorded and later transcribed. Persons planning to attend should confirm whether the hearing will be conducted in person or remotely, and obtain access information required in order to attend the hearing, if held remotely, by contacting the Village office, at (516)352-8047, or accessing the Village website, southfloralpark.org.
At time and place of public hearing, including to the extent held remotely, all persons attending will be given opportunity to be heard. Those persons planning to attend the hearing, if not held remotely, and who require special accommodations because of disability are requested to notify Village Clerk no less than 48 hours prior to meeting.
