LEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Roslyn Estates on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York 11576, to hear:††Case #625, the Application of Stephanie Meyer, owners of premises at 52 The Serpentine, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, in R-21 zoning district, also known as Section 7, Block 19-1, Lot 208, on Nassau County Land and Tax Map, for variances from Village Code Section 200-22(B.), to permit installation of a new swimming pool and appurtenances and expansion of existing patio at lot containing existing single family home that would result in building area equal to 29.8% of lot area, where the maximum allowed building area is 25% of lot area. ††At the public hearing, all persons will be given opportunity to be heard.
