PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Lake Success will convene to hold a Special Meeting on Monday, January 24, 2017 at 8:00 P.M. to discuss and vote on a potential new Catering Agreement for the Village Club.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the public meeting will be conducted in-person at Village Hall located at 318 Lakeville Road and remotely through the Zoom App. The in-person meeting will be conducted in the Ballroom and all participants will be required to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. Members of the public will be given an opportunity to comment and ask questions.
If participating on the Zoom App, members of the public wishing to provide comments may email LSOFFICE@OPTONLINE.NET by 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 20, 2022. Please check the Village website for updates.
INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE ZOOM MEETING: If you have a computer, tablet or smartphone, you can register and log in and see the video and hear the audio of the live session. You can access the zoom meeting at http://zoom.us and clicking on “Join a Meeting”, and enter Meeting ID 850 4874 8431. On the evening of January 24, 2022, log in to the meeting at 7:55 p.m. You will be placed on hold until the meeting starts.
