Legal Notice
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 1428 of
the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York, I the
undersigned Village Clerk-Treasurer and Collector of Taxes
of the Village of Roslyn Estates, New York, have received the
Tax Roll and Warrant for the current year for the collection
of taxes levied therein, and I will receive taxes at the Village
Office, 25 the Tulips, Roslyn Estates, from June 1, 2021 to
and including July 1, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.,
except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and for that said
period of time, taxes assessed upon such roll may be paid to
me without additional charge. With respect to all such taxes
remaining unpaid after July 1, 2021, five (5%) percent will
be added for the first month or fraction thereof, plus $2.00
Unpaid Notice Fee, and additional interest, as provided for
pursuant to Section 1432 of the Real Property Tax Law,
shall be added for each additional month or fraction thereof,
thereafter, until paid.
