33 Duxbury Road (SBL 1-187-12, 13)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village of Great Neck Planning Board shall hold a public hearing on July 20, 2017, at 7:30PM, at Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, NY 11023, to hear the application of 33 Duxbury LLC seeking subdivision approval for the creation of a two-lot subdivision from real property located at 33 Duxbury Road.
The premises are also known as Section 1, Block 187, Lots 12 and 13 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map and are located in the Residence B Zoning District. A copy of the application materials is available for review in the Village of Great Neck Building Department, Village Hall, during regular business hours.
Anyone needing special accommodation for a disability should contact the Village Clerk in advance of the meeting so that reasonable efforts can be made to provide the necessary accommodation.
