VILLAGE OF KINGS POINT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Kings Point at the Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024, on July 20, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. for the consideration of the following application and such other matters as may come before the Board:
The application of Kennilwood Owners’ Association, Inc., pursuant to ß 161-8(E) of the Code of the Village of Kings Point, to amend a previously approved special exception permit for a gatehouse on a private road that serves a private community of not less than 75 acres in gross area. The subject gatehouse is located on the private road known as Wildwood Drive, approximately 118.8 feet north of East Shore Road.
The application and accompanying exhibits are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and may be inspected during normal business hours.
At said hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard.
Please note that face coverings and social distancing will be required for all entrants to the Village Hall and at the hearing.
In the event that anyone needs a special accommodation for a disability such person is requested to contact the Village Clerk at least five days before the hearing.
