PLANNING BOARD
A public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Port Washington North, Nassau County, New York at Village Hall, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York on October 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
The hearing will be on the application of Morgan Management, the applicant and owner for the lot located on Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York and designated more particularly as Section 4, Block J, Lot 776 on the Land and Tax Map of Nassau County and located in the Village of Port Washington North. The proposed subdivided property is zoned Residence C. The applicant seeks to modify the site plan previously approved by the Village of Port Washington North Planning Board by decision dated May 21, 2018. The new site plan submitted by Morgan Management on August 12, 2019, modifies and alters the previously approved plans. The applicant is seeking to build a single family home on the proposed .368 acre lot. The hearing will include reviewing the modified site plan for the proposed single family home.
The above application and site plan maps are on file at the Office of the Village Clerk located at 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington North between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday until the time of the hearing.
Any person interested in the subject matter of said hearing will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference thereto, at the time and place above designated. Anyone needing special recommendation pursuant to the American with Disabilities Act should contact the Village Clerk at least four (4) business days before the meeting.
