NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Village of Roslyn Estates will hold a Public Hearing on February 6, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Office, at the Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York, on the following:

1. Application of Roset Owners, LLC, as owner of premises at 47 The Serpentine, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, also known as Section 7, Block 20, Lot 95 on Nassau County Land and Tax Map, located in an R-30 Zoning District, under Article 7 of the New York State Village Law and Chapter 167 of the Village Code of the Village of Roslyn Estates, for approval of proposed partitioning/subdivision of premises comprising 83,453.2 square feet into two parcels, comprised of 43,474.34 square feet and 39,978.8 square feet, respectively, each proposed to be improved with a single family home; the premises currently are improved with one single family home, which would be demolished if the application is granted and the 2 proposed new homes are thereafter approved and constructed.

The application and plans are on file in the Village Office, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York, and may be examined during business hours:  Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM.  All interested parties may attend the Public Hearing at the aforementioned time and place or send written communication to the Village Office to be heard.  Any individual requiring special assistance to attend should notify Village Clerk Michael Tomicich, (516) 621-3541, at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
