LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the tentative assessment roll for the Village of Roslyn Estates for the fiscal year June 1, 2019 through May 31, 2020, will be filed on February 1, 2019, at the Office of the Village Clerk, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, NY, where it may be examined by any person during the regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, through February 19, 2019.
On February 19, 2019, from the hours of 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m., the Board of Trustees of the Village will sit as a Board of Assessment Review at the Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, NY, for the purpose of hearing complaints in relation thereto on the application of any person considering himself or herself aggrieved thereby.
Complaints must be filed with the Village Clerk on forms provided for that purpose and available from the Village Clerk, with a certified statement specifying the respect in which the assessment complained of is incorrect, at or before 4:00 p.m. on February 19, 2019.
