PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Thomaston Board of Trustees as follows:††Date and Time: November 15, 2021 at 7:30 pm†Place:349 Lakeville Road, Great Neck, NY†Subject:††Application of 124 Middle Neck Realty, LLC, c/o Honig Capital Partners, 45 North Station Plaza, Suite 401, Great Neck, New York 11021, for an incentive zoning permit pursuant to Thomaston Village Code ß203-54.1 to permit the use of premises 124 South Middle Neck Road, Thomaston, New York for a five story, 75 unit, apartment building, including 7 affordable workforce housing units, with underground parking.† Premises are also known as Section 2, Block 250, Lots 5 and 25, on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.††THIS PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULE IS CONDITIONAL UPON THE APPLICANT COMPLYING WITH LEGALLY REQUIRED PREREQUISITES TO THE HEARING.† ††All interested persons may be heard at the public hearing.† Interested persons may also submit comments prior to the public hearing by email to clerk@villageofthomaston.org or by written comment to Village of Thomaston, 100 E.
